MAJDECKI'S SENTRY
SLAM DUNK
CONTEST
This competition made possible through donations from Majdecki's Sentry of West Allis
How the competition works:
Each dunker gets 30 seconds to complete a dunk on a rim set at a height of the competitor’s choice. The height may NOT be adjusted once the round’s dunk attempts have begun for the dunker. If a dunk is not completed in that timeframe, a zero will be given as a score. If a dunk is completed, the score will be weighted based on the height of the rim chosen. Here is an example: Rim heigt = 9.5 feet & Judges scores are 7.5, 7.5, 8.0, & 9.0...the average of those 5 numbers is the score; so...
9.5+7.5+7.5+8.0+9.0= 41.5 divided by 5= 8.3 as the score) 6 participants start the competition. The top 3 go on to the championship round dunk-off. The winner is the best score in the final round only. The previous round scores do not matter.
