EASTERN GRAY TREEFROG
Hyla versicolor (1.5 - 2 inches)

Colors vary from green to gray, with mottling along the back, long suction cupped toe pads

Habitat - large woodlots

Status in Wisconsin - common and increasing
A short, blurted out musical trill that sounds somewhat like a bird is the call of the gray treefrog.
